This cairn marks the final resting spot of Bill Moose, the last of the Wyandot Tribe in Ohio. Bill died in 1937 just 2 months shy of his 100th birthday and was laid to rest in a spot overlooking the Scioto River with an estimated 10,000 - 12,000 people attending the historic funeral.

There are three carvings on the rocks of the cairn:

1. An Indian shaking hands with a white man
2. An Indian in full headgear
3. A Tepee
