No markings on who painted it, although it is very well done. It is located on a bridge pylon, and there is a small "stage" set up for play-acting. The park is fairly newcalled the Downtown Marina Park. It is located under the twin high rise bridge, that goes over the Intercoastal Water Way. (“Entre deux ponts” (between the two bridges)
