Frenštát pod Radhoštem is a town in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic.
It lies under the Moravian-Silesian Beskids Range, in a region rich in history and therefore the town is an important holiday resort in both summer and winter.
In the centre of the town square, a group of full-grown lime trees conceal historic stone fountain with a sculpture of Neptune, known locally as Jonáš. the lower section of the town square is decorated by St. Mary´s pillar, built in 1666.
