Lincoln city is located on Oregon's north coast, where U.S. 99, a popular route west from Portland and the Willamette Valley, meets the coastal U.S. Route 101. The public parking lot is across from the West Lincoln County Historical Museum and adjoins the entrance to the Taft Historic District. It is a convenient location for locals and for those traveling the scenic coastal highway. There are two charging stations in the northeast corner of the parking area.
