This locomotive served the narrow gauge railroad Ružomberok - Korytnica Kúpele. The railroad had 760mm gauge and was in use since 1908 until 1974.
In times of Slovak Uprising during WW II the railroad was controlled by the guerilla forces. Among other use it connected the field hospital in Korytnica with the military hospital in Ružomberok.
The locomotive has been placed on display at the 25th anniversary of the Uprising.
