Seit Juli 2007 erstrahlt die Kunstraststätte "Hundertwasser" in Bad Fischau im neuen Kleid. Die an der A2 gelegene in Fahrtrichtung Graz erreichbare Raststätte wurde sanft renoviert und den heutigen Erfordernissen angepasst. Die künstlerische Umgestaltung der in den 70er Jahren errichteten Autobahnraststation erfolgte 1989/1990 durch Friedensreich Hundertwasser († 2000).
Dem Hundertwasserhaus auf der Raststation in Bad Fischau wurde mit 1.7.2010 italienischer Flair eingehaucht – seither kommen Sie im neuen „pizza&pasta“ cafè.ristorante voll auf Ihre Kosten.
