The Wabash River Heritge Corridor Rund, the Indiana Department of Natural Resources and the city of Bluffton collaborated to build this park in the old Bluffton mill race. Flour and wood mills located northwest of here helped Bluffton prosper in the period from 1830-1870. Visit the Wells County Historical Museum at 420 West Market Street for more information about these early mills.

The River Greenway Trail Corridor is located along the banks of the Wabash River. The trail starts at this park in east Bluftton, IN and continues east along the Wabash River to the White Bridge.
