Mt Edwards - Aratula, QLD, Australia - Mountain Summits on Waymarking.com

Mt Edwards rises to 634m (2080ft) and is one of several mountains in the Moogerah Peaks National Park. Great views to the North can be had from the summit.

Access to the summit is via a steep grade Class 5 walking track which is approx 6km return. The track begins from the Moogerah Dam car park and traverses the dam wall before heading up the mountain. The trail is well formed and very easy to follow for a regular walker (contrary to the info found on the NP website).

Allow 3 hours for the walk and lunch at the summit.
