Play Granada is a well known beach in Motril.
Playa Granada has 1.45km. The given coordinates are from the west side of the beach near the golf course "Los Moriscos".
It´s a large beach with dark sand and lots of small rocks. It has surveillance during summer months and the sea is normally quiet except when the "Levante" wind is blowing. Air temperature is around 30º to 40º celsius and the water is normally between 24º to 29º.
Beach surface is gravel by the sea and sand a bit further.
