These propellor/screws look like perfect flowers from a satellite view. They are in decent shape with some rust and lie on the grass outside of East Coast Management, Inc. I see no connection between the maritime display and the company so I guess it is just there for the heck of it. There is a parking lot one business before this one or you can just park in this business quickly I suppose if you want a fast look-see.
