This old but just renewed hand operated water pump is located at the Kisjankó Bori street in Mezokövesd. This former well is a part of the Matyó Házak Mezokövesden exhibition (etnographical museum)and it is under protection.
Unfortunately the water pump is not working anymore.
You can find a small oval copperplate on the body of the pump, that is a certificate of the protection by the Museum of the Hungarian Building Technology.
You can reach it at any time, easy to find a parking place because of the museum. The Pump is standing on a public ground.
