First ANWB Node in the province Drenthe The Netherlands.
It's standing in Beilen on the T-junction Esweg - Eusingerweg.
The Recreation Board Drenthe currently realizing the cycling network. It will follow the cycling in Friesland and Overijssel. Unique to the Drenthe cycling system is the full integration of the existing ANWB signposted routes which the county is rich. Friday, July 3, 2009, the Southwest Drenthe cycling system officially opened. Also the new website and the cycle map with nodes Southwest Drenthe presented. The municipalities Meppel De Wolden, Hoogeveen Westerveld and Midden-Drenthe in 2009 with a system of signs and junction - panels. Wednesday, May 12, 2010, the cycling network eastern Drenthe officially opened. For the rest of Drenthe, the Recreation Board is working hard for a total of 20,000 road signs and 500 panels to install. Drenthe mid-2010 throughout the hub network ready. Het Recreatieschap Drenthe realiseert op dit moment het fietsknooppuntennetwerk. Het zal aansluiten op de fietsknooppunten in Friesland en Overijssel. Uniek aan het Drentse fietsknooppuntensysteem is de volledige integratie van de bestaande ANWB bewegwijzerde fietsroutes die de provincie rijk is. Vrijdag 3 juli 2009 werd het fietsknooppuntensysteem Zuidwest-Drenthe officieel geopend. Ook werden de nieuwe website en de fietskaart met de knooppunten Zuidwest-Drenthe gepresenteerd. De gemeenten Meppel, De Wolden, Hoogeveen, Westerveld en Midden-Drenthe zijn in 2009 voorzien van een systeem van knooppuntborden en - panelen. Woensdag 12 mei 2010 wordt het fietsknooppuntennetwerk Oost-Drenthe officieel geopend. Voor de rest van Drenthe is het Recreatieschap nog druk doende om de in totaal 20.000 routebordjes en 500 panelen te plaatsen. Medio 2010 zal in heel Drenthe het knooppuntennetwerk gereed zijn. Dan volgt een Drenthe-kaart waarop alle knooppunten staan aangegeven. Het fietsknooppuntennetwerk Drenthe wordt gefinancierd door de Europese Unie, de provincie Drenthe en alle Drentse gemeenten.
