The new (opened 2011) $12M SkyWheel is located right downtown Myrtle Beach on the main pavilion. It has 42 air-conditioned cars to lift you up 200 feet to have a great view of the boardwalk and pavilion areas. Price is $12 adults, $10 senior citizens/military, and $8 children (ages 3-11). Rides take around 12 minutes to complete. Night time will have a show using the LED lights on the wheel.
