Not 100% vegetarian, but darn close to it. There are only a few dishes containing meat or fish. The vast majority of the menu features tofu, seitan and veggie burgers.
Serving breakfast and lunch only, local and organic products are used wherever possible; it is the first certified Green restaurant in Vermont.
I had a Tofu Scramble with pea pods, broccoli, shredded carrots and a delicious peanut-coconut sauce.
Exposed brick and artwork everywhere.
