Henderson has a July 4th fireworks show every year. It is located on the riverfront area between Audabon Mills Park and Sunset Park. The fireworks are set off from a barge in the Ohio River. Annually, the show begins at 9pm and lasts from 20-30 minutes.

The main viewing area is between the boat ramps or any unobstructed view of the river.
