This cover presents the image of St. Hallvard, the Patron Saint of Oslo. According to the story, he attempted to save a poor pregnant woman who jumped into his boat after being falsely accused of theft. He and she took a few fatal arrows from the guys chasing her. She was burried on the beach, and his body, weighted with a millstone, instead of sinking, floated to the top of the water, and he was sainted as the patron saint of the innocent.
Oslo adopted his image at the city's coat of arms in 1924. He is sitting on a lion throne and holding the arrows and the millstone. The unfortunate, falsely accused, pregnant woman is stretched out in front of the throne.
