This old threshing machine has seen better days, but it still serves a purpose. The advertising sign hanging on this relic points the way to Granite’s Annual Threshing Bee held on the third weekend of July each year. The thresher is a McCormick Deering and can be found on the corner of 140th Street & Arizona Avenue a mile south of the small community of Granite.
