This bridge was built in 1915 by the McClintic Marshall Construction Company, located in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. It replaced a prior structure that was built in 1859-1860. The bridge has had some reconstruction done in 2003 and is considered in very good condition as of its last inspection. It is a one lane bridge, normally allowing one vehicle to cross at a time and has integrated sidewalks on each side as well. The bridge is listed as a double span, measuring 320 feet from end to end.
