This bicycle is a memorial to Mark Anderson, age 58, a resident of Spencer who was killed on August 18, 2009. Friends and fellow bicyclists placed this bike at the scene of the accident to commemorate his life and to remind drivers to be alert to bicyclists and share the road with them. This memorial is located on the west side of Hwy. 71 just south of Fostoria.
