A free place to park overnight that many lorry drivers, cars, caravans and RV's park overnight. I believe other than layby's this is the only place in Ceredigion that is free.

A free place to park overnight that many lorry drivers, cars, caravans and RV's park overnight. I believe other than layby's this is the only place in Ceredigion that is free.
There is plenty of parking except for the first week of December when the area is used for a carnival, then it is entirely covered in rides and attractions.
The site is public land put to good use. The police station is nearby and I have confirmed it is a public area with the lorry drivers while walking past.
Within a 10min walk are two bars with washing facilities to the west. The public toilets nearby have a shower facility and are manned, but are free. There are a variety of Pizza places, Indian/Chinese/Thai/Fish&Chip take-aways within a stones throw (see local waymarks - i've listed many of them)
There is a public telephone outside Wetherspoons (also listed locally).
