This is the last sentence carved into the plaque at the base of the monument. There is a saying of a way to remember how many days in the months:

Thirty days hath September,
April, June and November;
February has twenty-eight alone
All the rest have thirty-one
Except in Leap Year, that's the time
When February's days are twenty-nine

Unfortunately there are not 31 days in June - OOPS!
