The Sioux Council (#733) is part of the Central Region of Boy Scouts. It is divided into 6 districts and serves 61 counties. The headquarters has a free museum, The Scouters’ Attic, which displays 70 years of uniforms, gear, badges and other memorabilia and the Premier Scout Shop with a vast array of everything needed for members: uniforms, camping supplies, books, awards and gifts for all levels of scouts and their leaders. Both the museum and shop are open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturdays. It is located at 800 N. West Avenue near Terrace Park.
