As you drive down Main Street in Blackfoot you can't miss the giant potato on the side of the street next to the museum. A monster-size baked potato, with all the trimmings, stands as a monument to carbohydrates.
It is located on Main Street next to the old Oregon Short Line Railroad Depot which is now the Idaho Potato Museum.
