In 1809 new bavarian measures (half baverian cubit, baverian foot) had been affixed at the outher side of the town hall of Schwabach. So everybody was able to see and learn this new measures.

A copy of the original measures are still affixed on the outher side of the town hall. They are located at a corner of the town hall.
