The box has been painted to resemble rolling pins with female faces. These boxes are normally plain green & attracted vandalism. I've now noticed numerous such painted boxes in Nowra but have no idea who painted them. I researched the councils web site & one of the major newspapers but no mention of them there. This box is on the corner of Berry & Junction streets, a very busy intersection.
