This is an obelisk located at the Schänzle, a park nearby to the Neckar River, in Rottenburg, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.
The obelisk was created as a roll of honor to the killed soldiers in the war against France in the years 1870-71. They are named on the obelisk. The City of Rottenburg built it in 1873.
There's also an inscription 'Den im Kriege gegen Frankreich Gefallenen' (To them killed in the war against France).
The height of the obelisk is about 5 meters.
