The flag has a white bag on black background under a red top stripe.
The picture was taken in front of the town hall next to the minster. There are also the flags of Baden (not Baden-Württemberg, only its southern part!) and Germany.
The money bag ("Säckel" in Alemannic) refers to popular etymologie of the town name. But in fact it is a Germanization of the Roman town name "Sactio" that is documented from the 4th century.
