The entrance to the Mallary Complex has a circular seating area protected from the elements by a geodesic dome. The Complex itself has 129,400 sq. ft. of exhibit space used for agricultural displays, shows, and youth fairs.

There is a $5 parking fee to enter the grounds of the Eastern States Exhibition when an event is in progress. Otherwise, access to the grounds is free.
