In 1925, Molson's Bank and its 125 branches, which were primarily located in Quebec and Ontario, merged with the Bank of Montreal.

The building reflects the early 20th century Classical Revival style.
• It is three storeys and is clad with limestone.
• This building is of the post Sandstone City era.
• The building was opened in 1912 as the Molson’s Bank. It was later bought by the Bank of
Toronto in 1925.
• The Molson’s Bank was designated a Provincial Historic Resource in 1979.
