A Casa de Camilo, designação habitual da residência do escritor Camilo Castelo Branco, situa-se na freguesia de São Miguel de Seide, concelho de Vila Nova de Famalicão, distrito de Braga.
A casa foi mandada construir pelo primeiro marido de Ana Plácido, Pinheiro Alves, por volta de 1830, quando regressou do Brasil, na posse de avultada fortuna. Camilo viveu com Ana Plácido nesta casa cerca de 26 anos, do inverno de 1863 até ao suicídio em 1890.
A casa sofreu um incêndio em 17 de Março de 1915, foi reconstruída e transformada em museu camiliano, em 1922. No final da década de 40, do século passado, a casa foi objecto de profundo restauro, ficando, desde então, muito semelhante à que fora habitada pelo romancista.
Está classificada como Imóvel de Interesse Público desde 1978.
Foi considerado o melhor museu de Português, 2006.

The House of Camilo, customary description of the residence of the writer Camilo Castelo Branco, is located in the parish of San Miguel de Seide, municipality of Vila Verde, Braga.
The house was built by the first husband of Anna Placido Pinheiro Alves, around 1830, when he returned from Brazil in the possession of copious fortune. Ana Plácido and Camilo lived in this house about 26 years, from the winter of 1863 to Camilo suicide in 1890.
The house suffered a fire on March 17, 1915, it was restored into a museum of Camilo in 1922. In the late 40th of the past century, the house has undergone profound restoration, being since then, much as it was when been inhabited by the writer, you can still see the chair where he committed suicide with a gunshot to the head.
It is classified as a Public Interest since 1978.
Was considered the best Portuguese museum, 2006.
