This sculpture was donated to the city of Rochester Minnesota in 2005 by Greg Gentling. It is approximately 25 feet in height, 8 feet wide and is designed to move in the wind.
Artist Lyman Whitaker..."has been a practicing sculptor for over 40 years, with a unique knowledge of materials and their application.
