Bohlin, born in 1937 in New York has become known for designing many of the outstanding Apple Stores around the world. His firm, Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, has five offices around the USA- including one here in Seattle. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects.

The 200,000 sq. foot Seattle City Hall was dedicated in 2003, and recognized as a LEED Building in 2005. It cost $14 million to construct.
It is located at 600 Fourth Avenue in downtown Seattle.
