Text reads:

"Revolving Six-Faced sign is cantilevered vertically from the facing of the building. I extends 27 1/2 by 18 1/2 feet. Additional height and attention attraction is obtained by means of the double action neonized rotosphere on top, which is approximately 19 1/2 foot from tip to tip and is mounted on 13-foot mast. This sign was by Young Electric Sign Co. Salt Lake City".
