The Elevador do Mercado, of Funicular of the Market, is located in Coimbra, Portugal, and is runned by SMTUC, a municipal service.
It connects the City Market D. Pedro V to the street Padre António Vieira, in a route consisting in a certical lift in the first 20m, and a inclined funicular for the next 51m.
It was built in the early 2000s, having opened in 2001.
