Rhein Center is the most southwest building of Germany. It's less than 100 meters from border crossings to both Switzerland and France.
There are over 50 shops of all types but with a focus on goods that are cheaper in Germany than in the neighboring countries. Cross-border trade is a strong part and VAT refund forms are available in any shop.
The location has also seven restaurants, a hotel, a health club and a movie theater with five screens.
The complex was built in 1991 and completely renovated in 2002.
