This Cadastral survey marker is on the old Butterfield Stage Trail. It is located approximately 300 yards off the Apache Pass Road in Northern Cochise County.

This survey marker was located as we were walking along the old Butterfield Stage Trail. The trail eventually ends up close to the cemetary at the Ft. Bowie National Park. The brass cap is in good condition and attached to a piece of pipe embedded in concrete. There is a witness post close to the brass cap.

The brass cap is stamped with U.S. Department of the Interior Bur. of Land Management. Cadasteral Survey. The center of the cap is also stamped with this information T15SR28E
W 1/16 S3/S10 and stamped with the dates 1968 and 1998
