Ned Frazier Park and Japanese Garden is one of 22 parks administered by the Decatur Parks & Recreation. In 2003, a Japanese-inspired garden was created on the western end of the park through a generous donation by Daikin America, one of Decatur’s involved corporate citizens. The garden features a gazebo, bubble fountain, and stone lanterns.
