Santo Rosario is a small village on the north bank of the Bugang River in the Province of Antique, on the island of Panay in the Philippines.
Access to the village is via an unpaved road from the main coastal highway, or via boat up the Bugang River. There is a cooperative here where bags, baskets, and hats woven from the local reeds are sold.
The water supply is located at the central market area, with a working hand pump.
The Bugang River has won numerous national and international awards as the cleanest inland waterway in the Philippines.
