This large impressive Concolor Fir is dedicated to the memory of Veryl De Gooyer (1955-1984). This tree can be found just to the east of the parking lot near Doc’s Café in Sioux Center’s historic Heritage Village.
This fir is one of more than 70 trees planted on the grounds of the reconstructed village, either gifts from local residents or memorials to people of the past.
