The Tuors is a little river in the Grisons alps with a legth of about 8 km. It originates only a few meters from the continental drainage divide between North Sea and Black Sea.
Albula is the largest tributary of the Posterior Rhine and is best known for the railway line up the Albula valley that is an UNESCO world heritage site.
Both rivers have their origin on the territory of the municipality Bergün/Bravuogn and flow together a little bit West of the main village.
Although Tuors sometimes seems to be the larger of the two (the right one in the main picture), it is only a tributary.
The main picture and the coordinates are taken from a point between the two rivers. Do not go there when you are not familiar with this area and the weather conditions! There are hydroelectric power plants upstream at both rivers that can be forced to dump some water without prior notice. The warning signals are no joke.
