Information on these specific sculptures has been difficult to obtain. The tableau of life-size figures which is the center piece of this site were the creation of renowned Filipino sculptor Eduardo Castrillo. The palque on the wall also refers to Ildefonso Paez Santos, who is the acknowledges as the father of landscape architecture in the Philippines, as a collaborator. Undoubtedly Santos contributed to the overall concept and design for this setting, but the bronze sculptures themselves seem to be the work of Castillo. Santos pioneered the use of sculpture in landscaping, from parks to modern malls.

There are conflicting dates given, as well, for the establishment of the site. The plaque gives a date of 1989, and the Chronology of Castrillo's Work gives a date of 1991 for its establishment, first being conceptualized in 1988.
