Parque dos Sinais is a traffic park in Almada, it exists for at least 30 years, i actually remember to go there when i was a kid.
Nowadays it's part of the "Almada Cycling Plan". The City approved a network with 223 km of cycling trails, organized into 44 tracks, three types: pathways for everyday use, cultural use paths and recreational trails and environmental quality.
Access is free and 24/7.
