2 km vor Bovec, an der Straßenkreuzung zum Predelpass, bzw. dem Vršicpass, liegt ein erneuerter österreichischer Soldatenfriedhof, mit typischen Betongrabsteinen die mit einem Kreuz innerhalb eines Kreises verziert sind. Vor dem Friedhof steht direkt an der Kreuzung ein Obelisk aus geschnittenem Stein, mit einer deutschen Widmung. Er soll an die hier in den Jahren 1915-1917 gefallenen österreichischen Soldaten erinnern.
