This outdoor basketball court was dedicated to Thomas J. "T." Miller (LHS '66) who was a standout basketball player on one of Leominster's all-time great teams, the 1965-66 squad that posted a 16-2 record.

In 1968, only two years out of high school, T. launched the city's first summer basketball league. He later organized and ran the Leominster Youth Basketball League, something he would continue for the next 30 years.
