In the Melbourne suburb of Kew a small park is dedicated to the road safety education of children. The local Lions Club originally built this facility in 1954 with the help of the Police who provided an instructor. The Boroondara Council now runs a Safety Education Program at the Kew Traffic School. The facility is also available for private bookings and school holiday programs.
The Safety Education Program is available for kindy and school groups of up to 25-30 children. Fees around $120 for morning and afternoon group booking.
