Drivers of electric vehicles receive preferencial treatment with a dedicated parking spot near the entrance of The Centre of Elgin community building. The parking spot can be found immediately at the parking garage's main entrance off of Symphony Way.
Although parking and charging are free, there is a three hour limit for all vehicles.
