Der Maruhubi-Palast (Maruhubi Palace Ruins) liegt an der Küste Sansibars, 3 km nördlich der weltberühmten Altstadt Stone Town, einem Teil der Hauptstadt Sansibar-Stadt.
1882 für Sultan Barghash (Sultan von Sansibar von 1870 bis 1888) errichtet, brannte der Palast 1899 fast vollständig aus. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt lebte der 99 Frauen zählende Harem des Sultans in diesem Palast. Neben den Grundmauern und meterhohen Steinsäulen sind als einzige Gebäudeteile die zwei Badehäuser erhalten geblieben.

The Maruhubi Palace (Palace Ruins Maruhubi) is on the coast of Zanzibar, 3 km north of the world famous Stone Town, Zanzibar, a part of the capital city.
1882 Barghash Sultan (Sultan of Zanzibar 1870-1888) built the palace in 1899 burned almost completely. Until that time lived the 99 women scoring harem of the sultan in the palace. In addition to the foundation walls and gigantic stone columns as the only parts of the building the two bath houses have been preserved.
