The Bellavista Textile Factory was the site of a significant strike in 1905...with many workers hung in the trees on these grounds. (See WMAX79)

This whimsical sculpture depicting a guitar player seems to be made of machine parts - probably from the factory which is now a Museum. The piece is signed "BAS 93"
