There is parking for the off-leash area. I have taken the coordinates at the west side of the parking area which is also the entrance to the billboard with the rules and such.Portland International Raceway Off-Leash Area is available for off-leash use when it is not needed to support PIR events. The current event schedule is posted onsite and on the web, for specific dates. During these times, off-leash is NOT PERMITTED on this site.
Off-leash use is allowed within designated boundaries and hours only. This grass area of this entire park is available to exercise dogs off-leash.
Address: N. Broadacre St. and N. Expo Rd. Hours: All days: 5:00AM - Midnight. There is PLENTY of nearby parking.
Instructions for logging waymark: A photograph is required that shows you (or your GPS receiver, if you're waymarking solo) and the signboard. If you have a dog(s), photos of your dog(s) having a good time would also be appreciated.
