Lonely church - a simple sacral building from 15th century in wineyards between villages of Racisdorf (today Raca, a part of Bratislava) and Svaty Jur (transl. Saint George).

Lonely church is a simple sacral building built in 1459 by Mr. Jan Bastein and his wife. Chapel was renovated several times, recently in 1992.
It is located in the middle of large wineyards between villages of Racisdorf (Raca today), Vajnory and Svaty Jur. A farm-house is standing right next to the church, but areal is accessible for public without any restriction.



Pusty kostolik je ludove pomenovanie kaplnky Nanebovzatia Panny Marie, jednolodovej sakralnej stavby z roku 1459. Dal ho z vdacnosti postavit Jan Bastein s manzelkou. Stavba bola viackrat restaurovana, naposledy v roku 1992.
Nachadza sa uprostred rozsiahlych vinohradov medzi obcami Racisdorf (dnes Raca), Vajnory a Svaty Jur.
Vedla kaplnky sa nachadza stlp s barokovou sochou Panny Marie zo 17. storocia a nedaleko mozno navstivit aj malu kalvariu.
